Editorial standards

Collection policy

How editorial Collections are selected, reviewed, attributed, updated, and removed.

Last updated July 27, 2026

Selection

Collections answer a recognizable design or implementation need. Editors select reviewed Components for relevance, source diversity, interaction quality, and useful contrast—not payment, popularity alone, or an inferred implementation.

Review and ordering

Every public item must retain a reachable source, verified attribution, a reviewed preview, and an explicit availability and license status. Editorial order and notes are written by Component Hunt and may change as sources are rechecked.

Sponsorship and conflicts

Paid placement cannot be presented as editorial selection. Any future sponsorship must be labeled next to the promoted item. Editors should disclose material creator relationships and recuse themselves when impartial review is not practical.

Corrections and removal

Rights, attribution, and safety actions take priority over Collection completeness. Use the rights and removal process to request a correction, update, preview replacement, or removal.
